Step-by-Step Guide to Download Bihar RTPS Certificates on Mobile

Whether you need a Caste (Jati), Income (Aay), or Residence (Awasiya) certificate for your exam applications, you no longer need to visit the Block or SDO office. The Bihar RTPS (ServicePlus) portal allows you to download your digitally signed certificates directly to your phone the moment they are approved.

How to Download via ServiceOnline Bihar

1. Open the Official Portal: Open Chrome on your smartphone and go exactly to serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Locate the Download Link: Scroll down the homepage to the "नागरिक अनुभाग" (Citizen Section). Click on the link that says "सर्टिफिकेट डाउनलोड करें" (Download Certificate).
3. Enter Application Details:
   • Application Ref. Number: Look at the acknowledgment slip you received when you applied. Enter the exact reference number (e.g., BCC/2026/1234567).
   • Applicant Name (In English): Type your name exactly as it is printed on the application slip.
4. Download the PDF: Click the "Download Certificate" button. The document will save to your phone as a PDF.
5. Troubleshooting: If it says "Data Not Found," go back to the homepage and click "आवेदन की स्थिति देखें" (Track Application Status). It is possible your application is still pending at the Karmchari or CO level.

Legal Validity: The PDF you download contains a digital signature and a QR code. It is fully legally valid for all BPSC, JSSC, and educational verifications. You do not need a physical stamp from the local office.
